
Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 11th, 2025, and head to Downtown Mocksville for the Oaks Festival (formerly known as Autumn Equinox). From 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Main Street and West Depot will be buzzing with live music, artisan shopping, delicious food, and family-friendly fun. With free admission, this is the perfect way to celebrate the season with your community!
Fun for All Ages
The Kids Zone will be open until 4 p.m. and filled with activities to keep little ones entertained, including face painting, inflatables, pumpkin decorating, and balloon art by Michael Decker.
Adults and kids alike can shop local and get a head start on holiday gifts by visiting our talented artisans until 5 p.m. Food and alcohol will be available for purchase until the end of the evening concerts. (Please note: no coolers allowed.)

Live Music All Afternoon & Evening
Get ready to dance in the streets! The Oaks Festival features a stellar lineup of live performances you won’t want to miss:
SoundKraft Amped – 1:30 p.m.
SoundKraft AMPED is a high-energy full band delivering classic rock hits from the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s. Get ready for a powerful performance packed with timeless favorites and unforgettable vibes.
Black Pearl – 3:30 p.m.
Black Pearl delivers a high-energy musical experience like no other—where the motto is simple: no rules, just great music and nonstop fun! This dynamic band has truly captured lightning in a bottle, bringing the party wherever they go with a setlist packed full of fan favorites from the ’70s, ’80s, ’90s, and beyond. Known for their pirate-style flair and a “play what you want” attitude, Black Pearl creates an unforgettable atmosphere that keeps the crowd dancing.
Headliner: LANDSLIDE – 5:30–8:00 p.m.
LANDSLIDE – A Tribute to Fleetwood Mac will take you on a ride back in time to an era when the greatest music in rock was being made and the careers of the legends we all love today were born! Paying homage to one of the greatest and most popular bands in music history, LANDSLIDE recreates the hits from yesteryear, taking fans on an electric journey through Fleetwood Mac’s incredible catalog of music, including the hits from their solo careers. Because of LANDSLIDE’s genuine love and reverence for Fleetwood Mac, they spare no effort in delivering an authentic concert experience that captivates fans. LANDSLIDE is truly one of the crown jewels of the Queen City.
Street Closures & Parking Information
- Street Closures: Beginning at 8 a.m., The Quads at Restaurant 101 and The Foxhole will be closed, along with W. Depot, Clement Street, and Water Street (from Clement to Salisbury). South Salisbury will remain open. Streets will begin reopening between 8:30 p.m. and midnight.
- No Parking: Signs will be posted in closed areas beginning at midnight the night before the event to prevent towing.
- Parking: Handicapped parking will be available in the Quad near the courthouse. General parking will be available at the Mocksville Education Center (201 S. Salisbury Street) and along the open portions of Water and Salisbury Streets.
