Downtown Mocksville has been a long-time gathering place for families and friends. We are fortunate that the Town Commissioners continue to invest in infrastructure improvements, such as mast arm poles for stoplights, new streetlights, sidewalk improvements, and streetscape improvements in front of and across the courthouse, among others. New investments have been made with the expansion of restaurants and shops. A Message from the Mayor – Fall 2025

Summer is over. Mornings over the past week have been cooler, and jackets are coming out of closets. As we approach the end of 2025, we can look forward to all of the events going on around town, some of which have made us famous.  Jeanette Pitts, the Town’s event planner, has put together a great lineup this Fall.  The Oaks Festival is back! We will kick off the festival on October 11th with food trucks, live music, and vendors set up throughout downtown. Come and spend the day in town and do some early Christmas shopping.
