Racing into the Holiday Season at the Mocksville Bed Races!

The Town of Mocksville raced into the Christmas season on November 18th with the 10th Annual “Twas the Night Before” Bed Race as 16 teams made a mad dash down Main Street.  The mood was festive as hundreds lined the street in eager anticipation. Race announcer Justin Blue kept the crowd cheering and in the holiday spirit with tricycle races, rock/paper/scissors contests, and partner wheelbarrow races. Help “Flag” the Tree of Honor and Support Davie County Veterans

A “Tribute Tree” to honor and/or remember those who serve or have served to protect our freedom will be located at Mocksville’s Main Street Park and will be on display throughout the 2022 holiday season. The Goal is to Fill the Entire Tree With Flags! For each $1 contribution, a United States flag will be placed on the tree to represent a designated service person. The contributions will be presented to the Davie County Hero’s Fund for local veteran services. Bed Races This Friday ~ Whacky, Whimsical, and Outrageous Fun!

Historic Downtown Mocksville will race into the Christmas season this Friday night, November 18th, as whacky, whimsical, and outrageous teams from local businesses and non-profits participate in the 10th annual “Twas the Night Before” Bed Race.
