Proposed Budget FY 2023-2024 Town Manager Ken Gamble presented the Town’s proposed budget for the fiscal year 2023-2024 to Mayor Will Marklin and the Board of Commissioners for review during the monthly public meeting on May 2nd.  Gamble shared that the budget is balanced with respect to revenues and expenditures and meets all requirements of the North Carolina Local Government Budget and Fiscal Control Act. Recognizing that a goal without a plan is just a wish, the Mocksville Town Board held its first budget retreat incorporating the Town’s 2022 Strategic Plan this month at Davidson-Davie Community College.
