Dwiggins, Firefighter Joshua Collins, and Firefighter Chris Shoffner were instrumental in helping the Mocksville Fire Department achieve its heavy rescue certification. The hydraulic cutter & spreader, AJAX pneumatic breaker, metal saws and rope gear bags on the table represent a portion of the $50,000 worth of equipment the certification required.
