Application to Reserve the Town of Mocksville’s Tennis Courts
This application and your fee must be submitted to make a reservation. If you are not able to complete the online form, you can download and print the Tennis Court Rental Form and bring it into the offices or submit by fax to the number above. Both the application and your fees must be submitted to finalize reservations.
This online form allows for the reservation/rental of tennis courts. You can see more details about the facilities available at the Rich Park page here.

Park Rules
- No Alcohol, Drugs or Firearms allowed at any event-NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Facility should be left as found.
- Picnic tables must not be moved.
- Please allow for 1 hour of clean-up between reservations.
- Presenting abusive language and/or behavior may result in expulsion from the park.
- Park grills are designed for charcoal only. It is unlawful to gather and burn wood on Town Park Property. Personal grills may be used. Grills must be used outside the shelter.
- No Open Fires
- No Refunds. Rain dates will be scheduled during the same season if available at the same or comparable location.
- Rain dates must be requested within 8 hours of the original rental date.
Responsibility
The person who made the reservation will be held responsible for the usage of the shelter/field and will be liable for clean-up and charges for damages or maintenance fees incurred as a result of the activity. By reserving a Town facility you accept responsibility for usage of the shelter and/or field and will be liable for the cost of clean-up and/or any damages incurred as a result of this activity. Law enforcement and town staff have the final authority to end any rental due to disregard of park rules, violations of the law or unsafe activities. If your rental is ended for the reasons outlined above, you will not be entitled to a refund of the rental fees.
Tournament and Non-Tournament Tennis Court Reservation Fees

| Tennis Courts – Rental /Reservation – League Fee (up to eight weeks) | $30.00 per person |
| Tennis Courts – Rental /Reservation – Tournament Fee (up to 3 days) | $150.00 per weekend |
