Families and friends gathered along Main and Depot Streets, waving enthusiastically and cheering as dozens of participants delighted the crowd. Photo credit: Marnic Lewis It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, and the holidays just wouldn’t be complete without the annual Mocksville Hometown Christmas Parade sponsored by the Mocksville Tourism Authority.  This year’s parade theme is “The Magic of Christmas.”  The parade will feature everything from walking groups, performers, horseback riders, and single vehicles to full-blown floats, candy for the kids, and of course, Santa Claus.
