Mocksville Fire Department Recognized by North Carolina League of Municipalities

TJ Deluca, fire department risk management consultant for the North Carolina League of Municipalities, recognizes the Mocksville Fire Department for completing its  NC Fire Department Risk Assessment Program.  Deluca presented a plaque to Fire Chief Frank Carter and Human Resources Specialist Emily Quance during the Mocksville Town Board’s May meeting.   The Town of Mocksville prioritizes the well-being of its residents and actively seeks ways to ensure their health and safety. Dwiggins, Firefighter Joshua Collins, and Firefighter Chris Shoffner were instrumental in helping the Mocksville Fire Department achieve its heavy rescue certification. The hydraulic cutter & spreader, AJAX pneumatic breaker, metal saws and rope gear bags on the table represent a portion of the $50,000 worth of equipment the certification required.
