Application to Reserve Mando Field

This application and your fee must be submitted to make a reservation. If you are not able to complete the online form, you can download and print the Ball Fields Rental Form. Bring it into the offices or submit by fax to the number above. Both the application and your fees must be received and confirmed to finalize reservations.

This online form allows for the reservation/rental of our Mando Field.

Park Rules

  • No Alcohol, Drugs or Firearms allowed at any event-NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Facility should be left as found.
  • Picnic tables must not be moved.
  • Please allow for 1 hour of clean-up between reservations.
  • Presenting abusive language and/or behavior may result in expulsion from the park.
  •  Park grills are designed for charcoal only. It is unlawful to gather and burn wood on Town Park Property. Personal grills may be used. Grills must be used outside the shelter.
  • No Open Fires
  • No Refunds. Rain dates will be scheduled during the same season if available at the same or comparable location.
  • Rain dates must be requested within 8 hours of the original rental date.

Responsibility

The person who made the reservation will be held responsible for the usage of the shelter/field and will be liable for clean-up and charges for damages or maintenance fees incurred as a result of the activity. By reserving a Town facility you accept responsibility for usage of the shelter and/or field and will be liable for the cost of clean-up and/or any damages incurred as a result of this activity. Law enforcement and town staff have the final authority to end any rental due to disregard of park rules, violations of the law or unsafe activities. If your rental is ended for the reasons outlined above, you will not be entitled to a refund of the rental fees.

Mando Field Rental Fees

Baseball Field Rental Tournament Rate $250.00 on day one & each consecutive day thereafter is $200.00 per day with a utility fee $30.00 per hr. 6 p.m. -10 p.m.- plus $100.00 deposit
Baseball Field Nightly Rental Rate – 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. $30.00 per hour with 3 hr. minimum
Baseball Field Daily Non-Tournament Rate – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. $20.00 per hour with a 3 hr. minimum
After Hours Prep Fee $25.00 per hr. with a 2 hr. minimum (daily tournament rentals only)

Mando Field Reservation & Payment Section

Please read carefully when making your selections. Please note there is a three hour minimum. A $100.00 deposit is required.
This deposit is automatically charged for all Mando Field reservations. The deposit will be refunded if the terms and conditions are met in the ‘Consent’ box.

Please add the number of hours you want to reserve Mando Field at the non-tournament day rate ($20 per hour) from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. You must pay for a minimum of 3 hours.

The Daily Tournament rate is $250 for Mon.- Thurs. Please indicate the number of days you want to reserve during the week.

Weekend Tournament Rate

The FIRST DAY of any weekend tournament fee will be $250. Each day thereafter will be charged at $200 each. Weekends include Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
