EnVision will take the stage with a high-energy performance that includes professional choreography, tight musicianship, and powerful vocals on Saturday night, July 20, 2024, from 7-10 p.m.

EnVision will perform in Downtown Mocksville on Saturday, July 20, 2024, from 7 to 10 p.m. Expect an electrifying show with high-energy choreography, tight musicianship, and powerful vocals.

Due to the overwhelming response, the Town of Mocksville is relocating the concert from the square in front of Restaurant 101 to the lawn of the old Energy United Administration Building at 317 Sanford Avenue.

Founded in 1997 by vocalist Michael Thomas, EnVision also features four vibrant female vocalists: Sylvania Wilder, Michelle Scales, Iris Daye, and Charlene Legette.  Their silky-smooth harmonies and powerhouse vocals promise a high-energy evening of fun you won’t forget!

They are supported by a talented rhythm section: Musical Director Leroy Roberson on bass, Herb Stephens on guitar, Vincent Crenshaw on keyboards, and Matthew Parrish on drums. The dynamic horn section includes C. Michael Hinson on trombone, James Armstrong on trumpet, and Chris Evernham on saxophone.

EnVision’s stage show is as exciting to watch as it is to dance to. The ultimate in vocal versatility, this “party band” covers hits from the 60s, 70s, and 80s to today’s Top 40. This “party band” combines funk, R&B, soul, and pop with a dynamic horn section, bass and drums, and four vibrant female vocalists.

EnVision has performed as the opening act for several national artists, ranging from actress and American Idol alum Jordin Sparks and The S.O.S. Band to R&B sensations Kem and Marsha Ambrosius. The group has even opened for the nationally syndicated TOM JOYNER MORNING “SKY” SHOW. Most recently, the group has opened for nationally acclaimed author-comedian-talk show host Steve Harvey.

Don’t forget to bring your lawn chairs and your appetite!  Eric & K’s BBQ will serve up mouthwatering barbecue and soul food, and for a cool, refreshing treat, be sure to grab an Italian ice from Jason’s Italian Ice. Coolers will also be allowed (no alcohol allowed).
