The State of Emergency Proclamation/Declaration is hereby modified/revised on November 13, 2020, from the September 2, 2020 Proclamation/Declaration and, shall take effect at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 14, 2020, and shall remain in effect until modified or rescinded.
